In the pack will receive 3 different strengths of stretch exercise bands in one pack, 1 x Exercise Band Door Strap (RRP £3.99), 2 x Exercise Band/Tube Handles (RRP £3.99 each)
Each pack has 1 x 1.20m length of light (purple), medium (blue), and heavy (red) resistive training bands.
Very similar to Dynabands or Therabands, the Exercise Bands allows you to gently work through a program, selecting the most suitable resistance level. Band colour also becomes a visual indicator of progress, as you work your way through the different levels.
Each pack contains the following
3 x 1.20m x 15cm of resistive training exercise bands.
Enabling you to progress through your work out without the need to purchase anymore bands.
1 x Exercise Band Door Strap
This excellent Door Strap has been designed to fit with most types of doors. Very simple and easy to use with your exercise bands or tubes. All that you do is open almost any type of door, place the door strap either over the top (or down the side) of the door - and then close the door. The strap will then stay in place, and you can feed either your exercise bands or tubing through the strap.
2 x Exercise Band/Tube Handles
The Exercise Handles have been specially designed so that you can attach exercise bands and tubes without having to tie knots. Extremely easily to attach and detach, using the Exercise Handles avoids damaging the Bands or Tubes
