This excellent 11 rung Speed Ladder can be quickly unfolded for use and folded up for storage. The structure also helps in it's stability during use so that the rungs remain evenly spaced even when hit or stepped on by an athlete. One of the most effective tools for simultaneously improving foot speed agility, coordination, and balance. A great tool to be used by athletes in any sport to work on change of direction and quickness. Polypropylene inserts inside webbing runners keep the rungs evenly spaced during use, reducing time spent resetting the ladder between drills. Two ladders can be easily hooked together with our Velcro?-free lock tab connection system. Shatterproof rigid rungs always lay flat.
Supplied with a carry bag, 4 pegs (so you can peg it into the ground)
