The stability disc can be used for a wide range of applications ranging from active sitting, muscle strengthening, joint stabilisation, to post natal care. The wobble cushion comes with it's own free pump for easy inflation or deflation, so you can adjust the pressure to the desired firmness. The firmer the cushion, the more difficult it is to use.
This wobble cushion has large spiky dimples on one side (for standing), and very small dimples on the reverse side (for sitting).
