Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

All payments made and received by credit or debit cards include a 2.5% handling charge that is included in the price shown.

VAT Exempt Orders: All prices shown on the website are inclusive of a £7.00 delivery/processing/and credit card handling (incl of Vat). Please note that VAT is only deductable from the price of the product - and NOT the delivery charge.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Delivery Instructions
Shipping and handling within mainland UK is all included in the price shown. There are no hidden additional extra costs, the price shown is a delivered price to you door. ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION** If an item has already been despatched from our warehouse on a 'signed for delivery', and you then require the address to be changed for the redirection of the parcel to another address - this will incur a £8.00 surcharge. As a company we do not make a profit out of this service, this is the charge that is raised against our company for any parcel that requires the address changing once the item has been despatched.

Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed immediatley. Orders are normally despatched the same day (if received before 1.00pm working days only) and standard delivery are normally received in 3 - 4 working days (UK Mainland Only). These orders are normally dispatched by Royal Mail or Initial City Link (signature required) delivery service. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Premier delivery service (UK Mainland only) orders despatched the same day (if received before 1.00pm working days only) on a signed for delivery service and will be despatched on a next WORKING DAY delivery service. Your items must be signed for, or instructions left to ensure the parcel can be left safe. If we cannot despatch the item in the stated time, you will not be charged the additional Premier payment. We make every attempt to ensure delivery is made the next working day, In the unlikely event that your parcel cannot be delivered due to a courier error - we will refund you the Premier service charge of £3.95. We do not accept any other liabilities, expenses or compensation claims other than the Premier refund charge.

**Please note - if the courier attempts to make a delivery, and no one is in to sign for the parcel, or you have not left clear instructions for the item to be left safe, no refund will be issused as the courier has made every attempt to deliver the parcel**

Northern Ireland delivery is normally 7 - 10 days and there is an additional charge of £4.95 per order (as shown on delivery options). Isle of Man orders delivery is normally 3 - 4 days and there is also an additional charge of £4.95 per order (as shown on the delivery options)

Please note that the majority of our orders are dispatched on a 'signed for delivery'. Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or you can alternatively leave a message in the 'special instructions' section stating that you would like the item to be left in a safe place.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it we will placed on back order for you. You will always be telephoned or emailed to give you an estimated despatch date of your order, at this point you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Please advise us within 3 days if you are not completely safisfied or the items have been damaged BEFORE returning any item. All items returned will be at the customers cost. Money refunded will be less the postage/transport cost that has been incurred by Physiosupplies Limited

Returns Policy
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To ensure the quickest way for your return to be processed is to obtain a Returns Number (RM#). This is obtained by contacting us on (+44) 08700 545050. When calling we require your invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if your ordered over our website). Returns must be clearly marked with the RM# (if obtained), your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

EXCHANGES: If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can be exchanged providing the item is in its original packing and is in a re-saleable condition. If you require a replacement for a different product, then you are required to return the item to us, enclosing a STAMPED ADDRESSED ENVELOPE to cover the postal cost for resending the item back out to you.

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE A STAMPED ADDRESS ENVELOPE OR A CHEQUE COVERING THE POSTAL/DELIVERY CHARGE - YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE DESPATCHED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

Goods returned with an RM# will take approximately 7 - 10 working days to be processed, whereas goods returned without an RM# will take up to 30 days to process

Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition and by using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.

Unwanted items that you wish to be returned due to incorrect ordering or unwanted items will incurr the following charges.

Products dispatched via postal service will be deducted at a rate of £4.00 per item inc of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value only. If you selected the 'PREMIER' delivery service, this will NOT be refunded as your order was upgraded to a faster delivery service.

Products dispatched via a 'signed for' courier service weighing below 10Kg in weight will be deducted at a rate of £7.00 per item inc of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value. If you selected the 'Fastrack' delivery service, this will NOT be refunded as your order was upgraded to a faster delivery service.

Products dispatched via a 'signed for courier' service weighting 10Kg + in weight will be deducted at a rate of £15.00 per item inc of vat from the PRODUCT sales invoice value. If you selected the 'Fastrack' delivery service, this will NOT be refunded as your order was upgraded to a faster delivery service.
