1 - Is the item in stock?
Yes - this item is in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
2 - Does the price shown include VAT and FREE delivery?
Yes - all prices shown on the website include UK VAT @ 20% (where applicable) and FREE delivery to all UK MAINLAND addresses. It will take 3 - 4 working days to deliver your order.
Orders outside of the UK mainland incur additional delivery charges and delivery time scale. Please view the 'Delivery' tab on each product page for full details.
3 - Can I upgrade my delivery to a faster delivery service? (UK Mainland Only)
Yes - For an additional £4.50, all orders received before 2.00pm (Mon - Fri), will be dispatched by courier and will be delivered the next working day (UK Mainland Only)
If you order multiple items, you will still only be charged £4.50. You can select the 'Premier Next Working Day' service at the checkout.
Please ensure you provide an address where someone can sign for the order.

4 - Is it cheaper to place my order online?
Yes - by ordering on-line you will have access to any discounts/offers that are available. We are happy to answer any questions that you have on the telephone, however - should you wish to place your order over the telephone, there will be an additional charge of £1.50 per order.
5 - Do you give medical advice?
As a company we are more than happy to help our customers as much as we can.
PLEASE NOTE - We cannot offer any medical advice as we are not medically trained. If you have been recommended to purchase a product for a medical condition, please consult your Therapist before placing your order.
6 - Can I have an order sent to an alternative address to the billing address?
Yes - when you enter the checkout area, and you enter your invoice/billing address details there is a box that you can tick. Tick the box it will open up another area where you can enter the delivery address of where you wish the parcel to be delivered too.
7 - What happens if I want to exchange/return an item I have purchased?
If the item is returned to us unopened and in a re-sellable condition within 30 days of invoice, we would be more than happy to either offer you a refund on the purchase price or exchange the product for you. You must obtain a returns/exchange number before any goods are returned. For all information on exchanges and refunds please view our Returns Policy or view our 'terms and conditions' on our website.
8 - There are prices shown in Euro's, how is this calculated and do I pay in Euro's or GBP?
All payments are made in GBP. The Euro figure that is shown, is an estimated price that you will pay in Euro's based on an exchange rate of 1.2 to £1.00
